SYNERGY provides a free online diagnostic tool that assesses operational constraints in boutique recruitment agencies. The Service generates a personalised PDF report ("Executive Constraint Report") based on your responses to our audit questions. The Service is provided free of charge.

The Executive Constraint Report and any content on our website is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute:

• A guarantee of specific business outcomes or revenue figures
• A binding consultation or engagement

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the diagnostic tool, report design, scoring methodology, build library, and branding, is the intellectual property of SYNERGY. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our diagnostic questions or scoring methodology
• Reverse-engineer our scoring engine or build library
• Use our branding, logos, or report design for your own commercial purposes
• Resell or white-label our Service

The Executive Constraint Report you receive is for your internal use only. You may share it within your organisation but may not publish it publicly or distribute it to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Strategy Sessions & Paid Services

Paid services are governed by the signed SYNERGY Master Services Agreement.

6. Email Communications

By completing the diagnostic, you consent to receiving:

• Your Executive Constraint Report via email
• Follow-up communications about your results and booking a strategy session
• Occasional SYNERGY insights and updates

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us directly.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99%+ uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from Service downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

For this website and free diagnostic, SYNERGY is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
• Business decisions made based on the Executive Constraint Report
• Loss of revenue, clients, or opportunities
• Data loss or service interruptions

Liability for the free diagnostic is limited to zero.
