SYNERGY redesigns recruitment operations from the ground up — removing the hidden constraints that limit performance and building the operational infrastructure agencies need to increase placements, improve profitability, and scale with confidence.
Most recruitment agencies don't struggle because their consultants aren't working hard enough. Growth slows when the operating model underneath can no longer support the ambition on top — and the harder the team pushes, the more visible the cracks become.
The SYNERGY Diagnostic maps your workflow across ten recruitment stages. The chart below shows where hours typically leak — data from our ROA Playbook, drawn from hundreds of agency audits. Your numbers will differ. The principle won't: every stage has automatable hours, and they compound silently.
Want to see your numbers — not the averages?
Discover Your ConstraintsSYNERGY redesigns the operational engine of your recruitment agency. We analyse how your business actually works, identify precisely where performance is being lost, and architect a better operating model — then implement it with precision.
We map your existing workflows, eliminate friction, and design processes that produce consistent, scalable results — regardless of who is executing them or at what volume.
We connect your existing tools — ATS, CRM, communication platforms, and data systems — so they operate as a unified, coherent machine rather than a collection of disconnected software.
We implement targeted automation that eliminates repetitive manual work, increases recruiter capacity, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks — at any scale, without adding headcount.
Every engagement follows a structured process — designed to deliver clarity, confidence, and measurable results.
When an agency is built on the right operational foundation, performance compounds. These are the outcomes our clients experience.
Here are some questions you may have. If yours isn't here, the diagnostic will surface it — or ask us on your Strategy Session.
Engagements are scoped per agency, but typically fall into two ranges. Setup fee: $2,000 – $10,000 one-off. Retainer: $500 – $2,000 per month thereafter. Covers build and 30 days support. Retainer $500 to $2,000 per month, optional month to month. Exact fee confirmed at Strategy Session.
Almost never. We are agnostic about your ATS — we work with what you have. The only exception is when an agency is on a tool that genuinely cannot support their growth stage (we'll tell you honestly if that's the case, and quote a migration scope instead of a patch). Most agencies don't need a new ATS. They need their existing ATS properly architected.
The diagnostic takes 5 minutes. We review your results within 24 hours. Your Strategy Session is 30 minutes. From there, a single Build engagement typically takes 1-2 weeks to deliver and embed. A full Operations Architecture engagement runs 4-8 weeks depending on scope. We measure against your RCR/PCG baseline at 30, 60, and 90 days post-implementation.
Take the free diagnostic anyway. The Executive Constraint Report is yours to keep — you can use it to prioritise internal fixes, brief a future consultant, or benchmark where you stand. There's no obligation to book a Strategy Session. If the numbers don't justify an engagement, we'll tell you that on the call.
Both. Perm, temp, contract, and mixed desks — the operational principles are the same, but the back-office demands differ (timesheet-to-payroll is non-negotiable for temp). Our Playbook covers all eight major ATS platforms and segments recommendations by agency type, recruiter count, and growth stage.
All automations are built inside your own accounts — your ATS, your n8n/Zapier instance, your API keys. We do not host your candidate data. At handover, you receive full documentation of every workflow, every credential, and every build spec. You own what we build.
Discover your constraints by taking a FREE Synergy Diagnostic for your agency. In 5 minutes, you'll see exactly where your operations are leaking capacity — and what it would take to fix them.
