Is this a software pitch in disguise?

No. SYNERGY is a recruitment operations consultancy, not a software vendor. We use whatever ATS you already have (Bullhorn, Recruit CRM, JobAdder, Vincere, Zoho, Airtable, Atlas — we know them all) and augment it with the process and automation it currently lacks. We never replace your stack unless you explicitly ask us to scope a migration.

How much does an engagement cost?

Engagements are scoped per agency, but typically fall into two ranges. Setup fee: $900 – $4,000 (one-off, for a specific Build engagement — e.g. AI interview notes, invoice-on-placement, post-placement sequences). Retainer: $300 – $900 per month (for ongoing operations support, optimisation, and iteration as your agency scales). The exact figure depends on recruiter count, ATS complexity, and scope. You'll see the precise fee on your Strategy Session, before you commit to anything.

Will you replace our ATS?

Almost never. We are agnostic about your ATS — we work with what you have. The only exception is when an agency is on a tool that genuinely cannot support their growth stage (we'll tell you honestly if that's the case, and quote a migration scope instead of a patch). Most agencies don't need a new ATS. They need their existing ATS to actually work.

How long does an engagement take?

The diagnostic takes 8 minutes. We review your results within 24 hours. Your Strategy Session is 45 minutes. From there, a single Build engagement typically takes 1-2 weeks to deliver and embed. A full Operations Architecture engagement runs 4-8 weeks depending on scope. We measure against your RCR/PCG baseline at 30, 60, and 90 days post-implementation.

What if we don't have the budget right now?

Take the free diagnostic anyway. The Executive Constraint Report is yours to keep — you can use it to prioritise internal fixes, brief a future consultant, or benchmark where you stand. There's no obligation to book a Strategy Session. If the numbers don't justify an engagement, we'll tell you that on the call.

Do you work with temp/contract desks, or just perm?

Both. Perm, temp, contract, and mixed desks — the operational principles are the same, but the back-office demands differ (timesheet-to-payroll is non-negotiable for temp). Our Playbook covers all eight major ATS platforms and segments recommendations by agency type, recruiter count, and growth stage.

What happens to our data during and after the engagement?

All automations are built inside your own accounts — your ATS, your n8n/Zapier instance, your API keys. We never host or store your data. At handover, you receive full documentation of every workflow, every credential, and every build spec. You own everything we build, from day one.
